Terms & Conditions

1. The Guest agrees to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by local laws.
2. The Guest shall behave in a respectful manner and shall be good neighbors respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners. Creating a disturbance of the above nature shall be grounds for immediate termination of this agreement.
3. The Guest commits not to use the property for any illegal or commercial purpose, including but not limited to sub-lease the property or otherwise allowing anyone or more people to stay above the maximum permitted or if not previously agreed with the Owner.
4. The Guest is responsible for any breakage or damage costs (or related costs) in or to the property – along with any extra costs that may result – which are caused by the Guest or any members of the Guest’s party.
5. The Owner can refuse to allow the Guest into the property or ask the Guest to leave if they reasonably believe the Guest or any member of the Guest’s party (or any other person invited by the Guest to the property) are behaving illegally or that any damage is likely to be caused, has been caused or is being caused as a result of the Guest behavior or any members the Guest has invited to the property and without providing a refund of any payment the Guest has paid for the booking and the Owner will not be legally responsible to find any alternative accommodation.
6. Parking is limited to designated parking areas only.
7. The Guest must not hold events (such as parties, celebrations or meetings) at the property without the advance written consent of the Owner. Any of these cases will allow the Owner to terminate the Agreement without providing a refund of any payment the Guest has paid for the booking and the Owner will not be legally responsible to find any alternative accommodation.
8. The Guest must allow the Owner or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during your stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and you cannot be contacted in time. In these situations, the owner can enter the property at any time without giving you prior notice).
9. The Guest is obliged not to make any changes in the rented property without prior receipt of agreement from the Owner in writing.
10. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, as acknowledged by signature below, the Guest waives, discharges and agrees to hold harmless Owner from all damages or injuries arising from or related to the Guest stay at Property, including without limitation, any accidents or injury to the Guest, Guest’s visitors and associates, and loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. The Guest is responsible for keeping his valuables safe at all times.

• Any change and/or in addition to this Agreement, House rules, and Reservation Policy will be valid only if it is carried out in writing and all sides have signed.
• Any announcement sent to either of each side from the othur by registered post in accordance with the precise address written in the introduction of this contract will be considered if received after 96 hours from the time of sending it from the post office.
• This Agreement (including any House rules or Reservation policy) expresses and reflects all that was agreed between the parties and cancels any agreements and/or other understandings between them.

House Rules –All policies are strictly enforced.

Renter Requirements: The Owner will not rent to vacationing students or anyone under the age of twenty-one (21) unless accompanied by a parent(s) or otherwise approved in writing by The Owner. The person placing the reservation must be the same as the credit/debit cardholder. If a reservation is made under false pretense, including, but not limited to, a falsified name, age or size of party, Guest will be subject to immediate cancellation of reservation, removal from the property, and forfeiture of all amounts paid.

Photo Identification: The Owner requires a copy of photo identification on all reservations. Accepted forms of ID include a state or government issued ID, driver’s license, or passport. Identification must be valid and not expired at the time of submission. The Owner reserves the right to withhold check-in details, including door codes, until photo identification is successfully received and reviewed.

Pets: There is a “no pets” policy enforced for all the Owners’ properties. In the event a guest allows an unapproved animal of any kind on the Premises, the guest will be assessed an additional nonrefundable fee of $500.00 and may also be subject to immediate eviction pursuant to the Owners ‘eviction policy set forth herein.

Housekeeping: Your rental unit will have been cleaned before your arrival and after you depart. Guests are responsible for personal laundry needs during their stay. Please do not strip beds of sheets when checking out. All dirty dishes must be placed in the dishwasher and the dishwasher started. Housekeeping will put dishes back in the cabinets. When you leave, please remove all garbage from the house and put it in the outside garbage containers. Please do not leave trash in the house. All food should be removed from the refrigerator and freezer.

Smoking: No smoking is permitted in the rental unit or anywhere on the premises. If there is any smell of tobacco or marijuana in the rental home after your departure, you will be charged an additional non-refundable deodorizing and cleaning fee up to $500.00.

Plumbing: Do not put any feminine products, flushable wipes, or baby wipes in the toilet. Plungers are provided if a clog occurs. Please do not pour grease down the drain.

Protecting Installed Equipment: Our teams work hard to provide reliable AV and Wi-fi setup and equipment. Under no circumstances should a guest ever disconnect electronics or any other technical equipment in the rental unit without the consent of the Owner. Do not adjust, attempt to rewire, connect, or disconnect any items that are in place upon arrival.

Liability: TCC shall not be liable in any manner for loss due to theft or damage sustained by fire or water, howsoever caused, or by any other cause to the guest’s private property. TCC shall not be liable for claims, demands, causes of action, judgments, attorney’s fees, costs, and expenses arising from or connected with guest’s use or occupancy of the premises; nor claims, demands, causes of action, judgments, attorneys’ fees, costs and expenses for property damage, bodily injuries or death suffered or caused in or about said premises, resulting directly or indirectly from the acts or neglect of guest.

Additionally, TCC shall not be liable should items be left behind in the rental unit after guest’s stay. TCC will attempt to return items, at the cost of the guest, should they be located, however, no guarantee is made.
